By accessing or using CSF Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

CSF Tracker is a mobile application designed to help California Scholarship Federation (CSF) chapter members track their volunteer hours and meeting attendance. The app provides:

• Volunteer hour logging and tracking
• Meeting attendance check-in via QR code or Bluetooth
• Progress tracking toward CSF membership requirements

3. User Accounts

To use CSF Tracker, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading volunteer hour entries
• Forge digital signatures or attendance records
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality

5. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit, including volunteer hours and event details, is accurate and truthful. Falsification of records may result in account termination and may be reported to your school administration.

6. Intellectual Property

CSF Tracker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through the app's Profile settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyCSF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MyCSF.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
